Description
Inspired by Kengordladlord 's few coloring sheet exercises I came across about a year ago, I decided to give it a try as a fun little experiment.
I colored a few of these before this one, but this is the first that had a full background. In addition to the underwater setting, I thought it would be interesting to attempt to render that under-water look with just ballpoint pens [and a white china marker].

There are some things that I REALLLLYy do not like about this and I could take up this entire description complaining about everything I did wrong, but hey, it's my first underwater setting I've ever colored and the first step is always the toughest. I like the results regardless.
