Harvey Moiseiwitsch Volodarski <3 I love this frilly dope he cracks me up! Though I think he was ranked awfully high for (what I thought anyway) was the easiest boss. In case you don't recognize this it's No More Heroes fanart. And one of my first attempts at 'chibi' style since highschool I think LOL Pass or fail? :dies:On another note No More Heroes has one of the best soundtracks EVER. SO. MUCH. LOVE. This game is AMAZING. One of my favorite games since Zelda: OoT <33333

In my opinion, he wasn't ranked too high, the true reason he was easy is because in the first game the AI sucked! In the second one, Margaret was the same rank, yet a bit more of a challenge because of the AI improvement. I may be wrong though..you never know. :/
