Another commission for ! This time it's an OC for the Quirk Liberation Army from MHA, a new and potentially dangerous group we'll hopefully hear more about in upcoming chapters!
It's always interesting to see more questionable groups in MHA, we've had the League of Villains, Overhaul's crew, Gentle Villain (who stood mostly alone, but was still an interesting guy!!), and now we have the Quirk Liberation Army!

From what I remember, I believe the commissioner said that AFO gave him the quirk??? Or that he originally had the quirk and he gave it to AFO??
I don't entirely remember, I just get paid to draw the art.
