Description

Hooligoon (Hooligan + Raccoon + Goon)
Seen as a nuance due to its habit of rummaging through trash looking for knick-knacks. They do not act out of malice on their own, but are easily influenced by other Pokémon. Nobody seems to know where the items Hooligoon takes ends up.
Rasccoon (Rascal + Raccoon)
Aloof and tricky. They appear in the night and swipe anything that catches their eye. They often lead a small gang of Hooligoon. They are very intelligent and can figure out how to open containers and doors to get at what they want.
Nabodger (Nabod + Badger)
Large and in charge. Nabodger are more than capable of gathering their own food and supplies, but they prefer to trick young Hooligoon underlings into doing the legwork for them. They are seemingly always irritated and lash out over small things. If a Hooligoon is close to evolving Nabodger kicks them out of the gang, as Rasccoon tend to steal Hooligoons away to form their own gang.
Artist's Note: I wanted the Regional Rodent to be a 3 stage family, the birds and bugs have all gotten one, so why not the rodent? I'm not counting Obstagoon since it's circumstance is different.
