Description
Sixth design for a certain Pokémon Project *seel-dingo and I are teaming-up to do.... :3 Here, skeef is supposed to be around 10-11 years old, and he should have just received his pokémon, getting ready to start the adventure. Since Seel is supposed to be 3-4 years younger, he will leave the town without her, to meet her again somewhere when she became a trainer also ^^...
....Yeah, my first pokémon was Charmander, so bite me... XD *sticks tongue*
(BTW, Charmander, the background design, and the whole Pokémon idea is (c) Nintendo / Creatures, Inc / Game Freak,Ink) ^^

i have been meaning to comment on this for a very long time XD (there are even still 3 other of your deviations waiting to be commented on, lol)
but anyway, this is relaly awesome. i love the finished results! and omg your charmander is just way too adrable T___T
awesome job combining your character with the background, even if the style don't really match.

But it's the same for me, you know... XD It's fast to do a short, crappy comment in a picture on your devwatch, but for you I want to type a good one, constructive criticism included, and since that can't be done in a hurry, I delay it until I have free time enough... so don't feel unloved for that, hahaha, it's just the opposite when I do it
Hehehe, and Charmanders are adorable, indeed XD It's curious how we have the opposite ones here (water-fire) it will be interesting in the comic, in fact ;3
And I bet the comic will be done, now that you mention it.... even if the project is a bit stopped now, I really wanna do it, even if it's only you and me ^^

This is simply astonishing because it is done so well. The image of the Bully we all know and love as a shy, uncertain little kid comes across so well that I almost want to reach into the computer screen and give him a hug. The way your Charmander is perched, clinging to your side and back like that is a very nice touch and says as much about him as the sunglasses do.

Well, I guess I'm not used to draw my character as a kid, and I used a shy expression to fit it better, hahaha XD I guess everybody likes to hug the youngster anthros, so that must mean you like the picture and take it as a good try then ;3

si los sketches ya se salen, cuando los coloreas es que dan ganas de adoptarlos XD como siempre te ha quedado genial el pelaje, y los pantalones. Y aunque no niego que a veces las arrugas se organizan así, creo que sería mejor si hicieras los pliegues caer más verticalmente al final de la pernera del pantalón, así darían la sensación de estar más sueltos... a menos que estén ajustados a las piernas XD entonces me callo~ Lo que si le queda de miedo es la textura <3 y el fondo parece que estuviera hecho especialmente para este dibujo XD

En los pantalones, tengo tanto que aprender.... XD XD XD Y es por pura vaguería, porque fijate que solo necesitaria mirarme al espejo y ya esta, pero soy asi de perro....
Y, bueno, el fondo esta sacado de la serie original, asi que teniendo en cuenta que hice el dibujo pokemon-style, jejeje.... ^^

I'm not too sure, but I think the shadowing of Skeef's figure on the tree shouldnt be there. The light from Charmander's tail is the closet thing to the tree, and maybe Skeef's hand might cast a faint shadow, but nothing more really.
Other then that, VERY cute! I love Skeef's physique

Well, I guess I always have problems when I try to add two different light sources in my drawings.... ^^ I could both have added two shades on the three, or to delete the first one also in the top part... I tried to light it a bit with some red effects around the flame, but maybe it was not enough, thanks for noticing it :3
