And that, ladies and gents, is the end. All 305 pages that I originally wrote some years ago now. I can honestly say, given my track record when I came to projects like this, that I never actually thought I wold get to the end. But here we are.

And now, Alpha is part of the Freedom Fighters. Not a full member, he's too inexperienced in battle, so he's a junior member like Cream the Rabbit. I always intended him to be a Freedom Fighter at some point, and I feel like he's earned it.

However, I don't think the Freedom Fighters are 100% convinced in his addition. Sonic, of course, was the main champion for his inclusion. Tails and Nicole backed him up on that. Combined with good word of mouth, the others agreed to let him be part of the team.

They were going to ask Carlos too, but he (as a mind reader) knew they were gonna ask, so he gave his answer by leaving in the last page. As for the others on the Freedom Forge... Annabelle has commitments to her husband, and the other two have only been involved in one mission, where all the others have proven themselves twice, at least.

So, what next? I definitely have more ideas for my characters... more stories to share... But I mostly haven't written them down yet. If and when the Freedom Files resumes, it will not be a comic book, but in a different format. This has been a passion project, and my passion, while still strong, isn't strong enough to commit to another massive story arc in comic form. Most likely, It will be in written form. But I hope to give full colour illustrations with these stories, so It's not all just writing.

But, before I work on that, got a few things to do. I'll be doing another PDF volume... actually, I might do two... one for this story, and one for the entire series to date. Also, got an artwork thats been incomplete for over a year, because publishing it was a potential spoiler, because its a drawing set after this story... and I had to leave open the possibility that he mightn't survive at the end. But now, that's not an issue.

So, I'm not done here... I think. Most likely, anyway. I'll almost certainly be back with something or other.

I want to say thankyou to all who have been reading the series, from those that have been here since the start to the newcomers... I'm glad you took the time to read my semi-crudely drawn comic. I hope you enjoyed it. Thankyou so much for reading!
