Okay, excuse the coloring on this, I used regular crayola colored pencils on my marker-only paper. It's not as smooth looking as I would have liked it. I drew this months ago along with these other deviations I've uploaded, so I didn't draw them all yesterday

Sno is the governor of the testing city Raquia, a city hidden within another frequency and considered a ghost town to those who see it. But since it is in a different frequency there are, in fact, tons of people living there and under his granted rule. Sno has hand selected each individual for his 'projects', which even allies of the empire live there, inter-specie birth being very common in the open atmosphere of this strange bustling city.

But what the inhabitants don't know is that all which happens in disaster in this city is controlled by a press of a button to any flavor of terror Sno decides for that day. One button which causes the earth to crack, mountains to erupt, meteors to rain, tidalwaves to engulf, and wind to terrorize. It isn't an amusement... it is simply one of Sno's tasks granted by Tallest Red; he has been placed with the burden of using one of the End World devices.

I don't think Sno is all that upset about doing his job though...

Also, his assistant is lovely Hawt. working just one of many part-time jobs
