Wicked use of light, around the larger moon in particular. The result is mesmirising.

I love the rendering of the crater forms.
That's quite a tremendous impact on the closer planet/moon - it would have been an apocalyptic collision

Perhaps the moon was formed again after some time!?

I think Miranda (moon of Uranus) seems to have suffered a disaster that caused it to nearly disintegrate. Maybe the earth did too, back at the dawn of the solar system.
Space is a dangerous place

I remember as a kid I found the typical, cratered moons to be the most uninteresting kind of celestial body. But given the fact they're not represented in space scenery as often a sone would expect, there is a novelty of "rarity" to them that makes seeing well done ones like these a real treat

I wonder if I can do that by digital art. Amazing as usual!!!!!!

You know a traditional peice is good when you actually question whether it's possible in digital lol

I know, I knew yours was traditional right away. I didn't mean that I was wondering if yours was digital, I meant about others wondering if they could get similar results if they tried the same digitally
