On second thought, in the majority of cases the second tutorial is "How to color ponies", and since you cleverly avoid that step...

For a show's style that seems simple enough, it certainly isn't an easy task for your average artist (or below average such as myself). This makes it seem easier for those that really want to try drawing this type of subject matter a lot more often. Hopefully they will find your kind tutorial useful in some way.

That is good, better as to learn to draw a pony from three circle. I begin so too. Most of the time.

It is a good way to draw normal ponies. Don't think I find it stupid to draw this way. But for more flexible pony poses you need a other concept. So it is better to start elsewhere.

I don't follow the guidelines exactly... that way I have more flexibility. Really, I just use them to map out the basic proportions.

Personally, I'd say to stay away from using graph paper when drawing; it doesn't really give off that "professional" look, if you catch my drift.
Other than that, pretty solid tutorial you've got here! Short, but sweet.
