I'll be honest, I'd really like to expand on this...
Any thoughts on a transformation sequence/gif?

Here's the biz:
Since bitten cablus usually transform once reaching the age of eighteen (thanks to kittenAX for the name), Sky is at her full height of six feet (height of average stallion in my opinion), and thus the transformation causes her to be even larger than most cablu mares.

While she retains her conciousness after transforming, Sky is relatively shaky on retaining her instincts for the first time, and is forced into the woods away from Ponyville. Her transformations are excruciatingly painful, especially when it comes to her second pair of wings (these only grow on pegasai stallions and alicorns), and has even had bodily damage when it comes to her transformation. She'll often have scars from scratching and biting herself to keep from attacking other ponies, and what little meat she does eat is found dead in the woods.

Sky's appearence drastically changes after transforming. Her transformations are long and painful each change occuring one at a time instead of all at once, and can last anywhere from five to ten minutes (she doesn't change back until the moon is no longer full, so at least a couple of nights a month). The most drastic changes are her increase of fur, as well as the second pair of wings and elongated snout (not to mention wolf-like teeth, but not wolf teeth 'cause horses already have those, look it up). She also has a small line of mane-colored fur on her underbelly (similar to the beast from "Beauty and the Beast"), and her leg feathering remains on her legs as extra fur, as well as her tail becoming more "wolf like" with the ability to extend it behind her.

Sky's sense of sight, hearing and especially smell become heightened, and after awhile she is slowly able to transform at least parts of her body at will. Her paws have come especially in handy (though must be used rarely due to painful transformation), and Sky's abilities have allowed her to protect her friends in times of danger (though they are unaware it's her)

Sky is unable to speak during her fully transformed state, and will usually avoid anyone or anything to keep them from harm. If she does come in contact with anyone, she will usually run away, and will only turn hostile by strong magic or if (for whatever reason), the being is carrying meat.
