Such an absolutely gorgeous bird; amazing shot of those wings, too! Is he a leucistic... peregrine falcon (best guess), then? (Leucism is my favorite color mutuation, it's just amazing how each individual is blessed with entirely unique patches...~)

yeah,or also,called a Morphe,as he does have the normal eyes.He is a redtail hawk.

he's what's called a Morph- he still has some coloring,and normal colored eyes.His feathers break down in sunlight,which is part of the reason he can't be released
