This is some Neptunia fan art shipping Neptune with a male Falcom, Falcom is one of the few characters in the Neptunia series that could have been male or female.
A Male Falcom would have a similar personality to that of Bell Chranel from "Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?" So very pure and humble.
