Spoilers for TUE!"Some things, my boy, are better left unsaid." ~Vlad Masters, "The Ultimate Enemy"
Possible art for a fanfic I might do based on the alternate reality from TUE.
I don't know WHY I drew something so depressing, but it needed to be done.
Rough idea behind this is that the newly created Dan Phantom went to fight the helpless Vlad first but Danny stood up to him and Dan Phantom began attacking him instead. This is my explanation for why Danny looks so beat up before...well...the thing best left unsaid. We know Vlad somehow survived his mansion exploding from Dan Phantom, so I'd like to believe Danny was still in one piece... (It was "left unsaid"; Vlad's story can be left open for interpretation.)
So...yeah...I guess this is just Vlad paying his last respects...

:< I always thought he did a lot worse to them, but maybe that's just because I've seen some pretty twisted stuff in fanfics and stuff. All things considered, for being torn apart by Dan, Danny is in pretty good condition. I mean, you'd think more of his shirt would be ripped, that there'd be slashes and gashes and stuff...

Yes, this part of TUE was so depressing.. I guess, they should better hav used something different, than the gaunlets, to seperate him.. something, that splits his personality more fairly. But only evil and only good wasnΒ΄t the a such good result... And the all-evil Danny killed the all-nice Danny!! ThatΒ΄s the mst creepy thing, about that scene!! ><

That movie changed everything in tv movie history! It was beyond cool and wonderful! I can say the last 15 minutes word for word! You in the end if you think about it was the fact Jazz knew Danny secret but he didn't know that help in a big way to stop Dark Dan.

though there is one aspect of the picture that annoys me. if danny were dead, his torso would be kinda sagging in a bit, cuz he's limp, not arched up like in the picture.

i'm proud of myself for holding off on looking at this one until i saw the movie. been having issues catching the show since i started college. -_-;; but my little sister was groovy enough to tape it.

In the most recent DP movie, "The Ultimate Enemy" there is a flashback to how Danny's "ultimate enemy" came into existance. The grey-haired man, Vlad, 10 years in the future explains to the normal Danny (who has come from the past) what happened. I don't know how to explain what's going on since you don't watch the show, but although the movie doesn't really say, it is implied that the human Danny that future Vlad knew was killed.
...have I mentioned how much you need to watch this show?

Actually just "The Ultimate Enemy" was grim. The other episodes are pretty light-hearted.
