.... insIDE my MIIIIIND.

Mostly just wanted to sketch more realistically, and I wanted to update my headcanons for Erik's deformity. My introduction to PotO came from the Webber film, but something I really hated was how they made such a big deal of Erik's ugliness and deformity.... and yet he was played by Gerard Butler who's super traditionally hot.

Later on, I read the Leroux books, and fell in love with the skeletal, frankly pathetic Erik presented there. Over the years I've adored PotO, I've worked on finding ways to perfectly merge aspects of the two. There might be a couple more sketches of how far the deformity goes and maybe a quick clothed sketch of my sad son, but for now I'm just quite pleased with this!

This piece was made by traditionally sketching the lines/etc, and then adjusting/colouring it digitally, setting the sketch to 'multiply' after cleaning it up.
