Description

With Ian and the twins being gone to acquire new horses and Dino and Gabriel attending an event over several days, it was untypically quiet at ASU's property.

Normally the whole staff would gather in the morning to have breakfast together and discuss their daily plans or simply try to get each other fully awake after staying up a bit too long. And while Mason did appreciate the benefits of having the fridge with all it's content to himself and being able to share it with his dog without having to justify why she deserved every piece of ham, it still felt kinda off. Hugging the still sleep-drunk twins in the morning and gently shooing them around before Ian could get impatient was a task he really enjoyed. And missed, if he didn't get to do it like today.
There wasn't much time to dwell on it, though. He had promised to care for the horses and once all of them had hay and were on their pastures, he got to spend some time with his pale-faced partner in crime. Some easy training in the morning and maybe a relaxing trail ride around the lake in the evening. Yea, that sounded good.

I rly love my beefy cowboy cuddle bear and since most of the ASU staff is gone atm, he deserves some extra attention.
