You're welcome! I'm sure with practice, you'll be able to draw Jack without a problem.

I hope so. He's surprisingly hard to capture outside of his very simple style. Anything I do to draw him makes him look not like jack.

tbh i prefer the old episodes.
something about the square turn to tiny rectangle and back on the widescreen looks cool

The director mentioned that despite now using computers they intend to make it as close to the original style as possible, it's not like a "Redo" of Samurai Jack, it's a show to finish it. Since the original was cancelled.

lets hope it turns out better than the reboot of dora, bob the builder and power puff (tho the last one isnt bad, but its not good either.)
what can i say? I took animation and filmography in college. /shrug/

With as sensitive as things are with feminists and "mu privlege" I doubt Johnny bravo will come back. (love that show) I should probably try and steal yo secrets as a college student...

fav line from bravo {tho semi sexist}
*door bell rings* "Well, that sounds like the dingdong of a sexy, female, lady woman."
i really loved his elvis voice. it was hilarious

I don't really think Johnny Bravo was sexist, it was hilarious and the whole joke was Johnny's failures, they never played it off as what he was doing was something that other people should do, if anything he was constantly the butt of the jokes. And I'm a girl and I thoroughly enjoy it. (and yes, the Elvis voice just sold it. As well as his overall mannerisms. )

i think they were addressing sexism with somethings he says, but really how stupid they can sound/dont work at all and make you look like a joke.
but really, its a great show. even tho he was the but of jokes, it was great cause it shows that even play boys should show respect where its given, ya know?

I think the show had good intentions and I feel there is no harm done. And yea, Johnny was never distastful

I remember this from school and I admit to Mimi Minh Johnny.
-why is Johnny doing laundry at a lauded mat? Doesn't he live with his mom?
Me: Johnny bravo doesn't make mama do all the work. Johnny bravo does his own laundry, like a big boy. Not make mama do it. Johnny loves his mama.
Just read that in his voice without smiling like an idiot, cuz that's what I did just typing it out

Hehehe, I find the same, the smaller lessons and the little details stick with you. Less than the overal "Episode moral"

theAbbyAce In reply to SkyroreDraws [2016-09-25 18:05:27 +0000 UTC]
I know. The best ones I find are the ones with a big moral thro the whole season/series, but multiple various ones in the episodes.
Like, it's there, but the smaller ones show multiple definitions of the over all one, ya know?

Makes them relatable. They change as we do. It's more fun.
And then kids tv ends at lunch so we have literally no choice but to go outside and have adventures of our own.

I feel that's the idea, the internet has sort of changed that but perhaps parents can keep their kids on a schedule so that won't disappear completely.

We should have a tv schedule for kids now like we did back then.
Holy f$&@ do I feel old from that.......

I would wait untill the kid learns to read and so on, and can entertain themselves without needing a screen.

probably. I would just worry that the kid would come to be addicted to the screen if they have it so young, (also, this is everyone's problem, but young kids tend to make cringy posts and say cringy things in general. I would know....)

I would for my own kids sake not let them on till they had a semi firm grounding of themselves. To avoid future cringe.
