This is a good, interesting character study. Instead of settling for simple, boring solutions the artist clearly has made an effort to make the person here have distinct, individual facial features, starting with a big, prominent nose but also reaching across his chin, cheeks, grumpy mouth, unique eyebrows and hairline. It is an interesting face to look at with well placed color accents.
While the face is very details with an emphasis on realism mixed into the stylized product, this also means that a couple of details are more prominent when they don't quite match up between the rotations. The left most portrait has something slightly "off" about it, mostly around the area of the eyes and the hair on the far side. But those are smaller things, they do not bother the viewer when they briefly glance and only become apparent upon closer inspection.
All in all this is great work!
