Um, I want to make an animation but I don't really have a good story.I still need to make characters so I was just coming up with a few (short animated) sketches. Here's one. D: (Click download. It's only three repeating frames though! :B Disappointing.
)I fucked up with the layering so I couldn't edit her legs/arms and so they stay static.

I'm not entirely sure, but I think you can find free downloads of Jasc Animation Shop; it was included in my Paint Shop Pro package.
And it's so pretty so far. <3 Dude, I so hope you make an animation. D: Your art + animated = epic. I could bathe in the epicness. <3<3<3

Try Macromedia Flash 8 dear, it's a good animating program. I'm sure you can download a trial which lasts for about 30 days. And if you can, keep downloading the trial. Eventually you won't be able to and you might have to finally buy it. (which I have). :B

I got the professional one. Do your best to avoid the ones that cost like $200 dollars and up D: Because...it's expensive.
All in all it should cost around $50 dollars or so because of shipping and tax. :U
If you're buying from a different site, look at the picture because it should be red-covered
