I wasn't going to post this one for a while, but I thought, 'It's FMA day, post it!'
So here's another shot from my shoot with Lostdreamz82 and Crossrage during Otakon. Yeah! Elric Brotherly Love!! Ah! Love these two so much. Probably my favorite pair of brothers of all time. 
So yeah!
Happy Fullmetal Alchemist Day Everyone!!! Both outfits were made by their models respectively. I made Ed's outfit, styled his wig, did my make up, made his spear (though it's not pictured here), and made his automail.
I know there's probably going to be a million FMA related uploads today, but it wouldn't hurt to put this up as well. So many people love FMA and can't express enough what it means to them. It's such a beautiful series with so much action, laughs, tears and emotion For me, it was what got me into Anime and Manga and it's continued to be one of my favorite stories of all time. So here's to Fullmetal Alchemist, Hiromu Arakawa, Romi Park, Vic Mignogna, and all of those who worked on making Fullmetal Alchemist such a wonderful series.

Thank you so much! I'm glad you like it! To be honest, I used a variety of methods and materials to make the automail (there was also an element of trial and error in there as well). My best advice would be to use materials that you're comfortable working with as that will get you the best results (and don't be afraid to redo things; sometimes that's all you need to get a great outcome).
