For those that don't agree, read up on Switzerland's history. They haven't been invaded in hundreds of years because every citizen keeps a firearm in their house. These days, they're required to keep a fully automatic rifle in the house plus some ammo.

However, additionally, Switzerland is an area that's tremendously difficult to invade.
Going the overmountain route is begging for ambushes and vicious shelling, going the tunnel route begs for the tunnels to be collapsed on your head, and an airmobile assault isn't rapid or powerful enough to establish a substantial enough beachhead. Plus, Switzerland tends to just sit around and be neutral whenever the fecal matter interacts with the rotary air-dispersal device.
