I love it. It's only thing I can say to express it. I love the anguish, the fierceness of the battlefield, the comrade-ship (or w/e you'd like to call it) the sacrifices, and most of all, the twist at the end. Makes me fall in love with heavy and medic combination in game again.

This comic does a great job of conveying the emotional impact of war. During an actual game of TF2, with both sides endlessly respawning, you loose perspective on all the bodies hitting the floor. I felt both Heavy's agony as their respective medics died. Despite the absence of words or dialogue, you did a very good job of conveying the Blu Medic's sacrifice.
The Art isn't the best on DA, but it has the right details in the right spots (such as expressions and the various injuries), to more than make up for that.

Hey, problem. If I had anything else to add, it would be to work on making your characters consistent throughout the panels. This is incredibly hard. I noticed that the Blu medic (especially his hair style) changed dramatically throughout the panels. Maintaining your characters helps with continuity and overall presentation.
Even for a short comic, try drawing profiles of each character, with any defining traits, before you even begin. I do this a lot to work out the little details, so I don't end up making them up on the fly.

The best part about this comic is how it's silent. It just provides so much more emotion when the reader can understand what's going on by how effective the facial expressions are. We get how close Medics and Heavies are, but this comic really demonstrates to us how these friends work together.
It was really enjoyable to read, and it's a shame it's so short.
