This was pretty much all done with inks. Outlines and detail was done with a biro and a white gel pen. The rest was a mixture of red, black and brown drawing ink (some of which was watered down.)

It's been about a million years since I watched Doctor Who (it was the 5th doctor, I think -- but I had seen them all up until then), so I have no idea who this is a reference to (his final regenration -- can it be?) ... but it is an epic drawing.Β Just awesome on so many levels.
