A Temple Guard is meant to show no emotion, but you can just feel the anger emitting from them, they most likely heard some Jedi saying how great their men are, just for this day to come where this Guard rushes for duty just to be met to fight the very men they heard their fellow Jedi speak so greatly of.
And the Clone, even with that chip, realizing what he just caused, knowing what is going to happen to him, his fear and possibly guilt is seen just as well as the Temple Guards possible anger.
