Quill dashed off to get arms, Rufus made the face, and Jerry made some blueprints and is directing Oca at what degrees to have the head at so it's perfect, because he's a nerd

There was more of a background, but it was messy and I didn't like it, so yea, but Rufus can get his pawpads now! Incoming mini doodle page!
