A beautiful base picture and wonderfully executed flame. And it almost looks like it's raining ash as well.

Wow. Great colors, lighting, and focus. All the little flecks of light remind me of stars.

once again, great concept and photomanip. it flowed very well.
this other thing i've been noticing that's consistent in many of your photos would be the little specks of either grass, light, dust, hay and whatever it is.
That really brings out the most of your pictures. Because there's that subtle introduction of the environment to the audience.
brilliant

The flame looks awesome. I might just try that coke bottle technique and try to re-make your photo. (for personal use.)
Favorite!

woah how'd you get a photo of a fire like that?
i want to try doing something similar xD
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
smallvillian In reply to imnickle [2008-12-13 06:07:48 +0000 UTC]
Lol, all you need is, some matches, an empty coke bottle (bigger is better), and some fly spray.
So, spray the some fly spray into the bottle, and then light a match, and put it to the top of the bottle (have it standing up), it should have a little bit of flame at the top. Then when you squeeze the bottle, more gas comes out and it makes that kind of big flame.
It's really fun.

woahhh i cant wait to try it
wait so how do u attach the match to the coke bottle?
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
smallvillian In reply to imnickle [2008-12-13 08:00:59 +0000 UTC]
Oh lol, no you don't attatch it, you just light it, and put it over the lid, then the flame will start on the top of your bottle.
