Holy shit I'm so sorry I can't believe I came up with something so angstySo we've all heard of that soul mate AU where the person sees in black and white until they meet their soulmate, then they start seeing in color. So I wondered, what if soulmates weren't mutual? What if someone met their soul mate and started seeing in color, but their soulmate didn't? What if two people had the same soulmate, but the soulmate only saw color after being with one of them and not the other one?
And I decided to use Gerita for this because nothing would break little Feli's heart like finding out he and his big strong friend are not mutual soulmates. Alternatively Ludwig goes home from his date and he runs into Francis and all of a sudden he understood what Feli was talking about.
Anyways, there's your daily dose of angst for the day. I'll go back to fluffy things now ;w;

I remember reading a fic like that! It was where Sadik met Heracles, and started to see colour, but it wasn't mutual, so Heracles couldn't see in colour until he met Kiku, which left Sadik heartbroken! And then when Heracles fell ill and died, Sadik lost the ability to see in colour. I can't remember the name though.

Because I still hold the Germany=Holy Rome theory So its like Italy loves Germany but Germany doesn't love Italy because he still remembers that girl from his childhood that was really Ita-Chan. So even though his soulmate is living right in front of him, he doesn't realize it until bam he remembers. (Which will probably never happen. Although I'm hoping season six will make that theory Canon. Because think about it:
Himaruya said that regarding Germany and Italy and Holy Rome-it'll have a happy ending for everyone.
If Holy Rome is his own country and comes back, Germany wont be happy but Italy and HRE will.

But
I saw this really cool theory on Tubmlr, and basically it said that Germany and Holy Rome shared the same body though they were different entities. And Holy Rome loved italy, correct?
And Hima said they'd have a happy ending.
Assuming Holy Rome is dead, he's probably up in heaven.
Now this is really sad, but it's been in the news lately that Venice is having dangerous floods. Venice is the heart of Northern Italy (aka, Veneziano). If Venice goes under, Italy (hypothetically) dies. What if their happy ending was them reuniting in heaven? ??
Obviously Germany would be heartbroken because he and Feli were best friends and there's a 99.99999% he had a crush on him but Italy never romantically returned the sentiment because a. He's more attracted to girls, and/or b. He's afraid of losing his loved ones again.
So there's my two cents ;w;
