My mind peels open, expanding into infinite creation,Bound only by language.
Passing through depthless corridors of refracted energy,
Only in motion does the limitless beauty of stillness surround.
Particles dance in the air, singing their song without notes,
As I listen. You weep.
Eyelashes fail to keep your sorrow from my eyes,
While consumed in your elegence my vision blurs, and I sink into space.
I'd love to stay out tonight,
But I'm cold, and I don't know how many more of your tears I can take.

excellent imagery, excellent use of words
what can i say? it blows me away.
when i read it, i read it slowly. It makes me feel like i am drifting in a rivers current, below the ice that has frozen the top, and some soft, soothing voice is reading this to me. Slowly and sorrowfully.

i've noticed that people who comment on poetry have a penerally better response on a given post, the detailed comments that is.
