Most likely because of the "VR Missions" in MGS. The platforms, walls and everything is made out of squares in your piece, and in MGS: VR Missions it's basically the same.

I really like this one...
I was staring at the top of the pic for almost 15 minutes!
Love the reflections, the distortions, the contrast,...

Only one thing doesn't make it perfect... I don't quite like the focal lenght you used to render... but this is just a personnal opinion...
