Hey! It's me again. I met one of the developers of Shovel Knight at Pax East 2015 and we had a good talk.
I told him I was a backer and I brought up the Prediction / Fanart contest they had. I mentioned that you drew this "Swiss Army Knight" before the Tinker Knight was announced and submitted it. We laughed about it but I think he recalled seeing this during the campaign. He felt bad but he was such a cool person to talk to! Just thought I'd share it with you a year later

Wow, that's really wonderful to hear actually, I'm surprised you brought up my design, especially so long after I drew it, it's flattering, haha. I also met a couple of the devs at a con a while back, they're such cool people for sure.

whaoh in my opinion id be really cool if the fight with tinker knight used this as his second form. i loved the absurd giant tank, but this just makes for a more original idea imo. but im not not yacht club so yeah. great work!!

If you ask me, this should've been how the first phase of Tinker's fight started, and then after taking enough damage, his weapon-backpack gets destroyed, and then he begins spazzing out while throwing wrenches around.

I'd have liked a three part fight- This, then throwing wrenches, then Metal Gear(and I mean that in the way of the giant tank)
