It sucks because some people use normal paint (Windows) and I can't use things like this due to the fact that you use a different program and Photo Shop cost money. It happens a lot and I keep looking at Bases or Free Line art and I just can never use any of them. It would be appreciated if someone could make a paint one for people who don't use other programs that cost money or are afraid to download a virus (Hack). If I could use this then I would say yes to a canine one, but I can't even use this so whats the point of a canine one?
