"Are you actually going to make me Order you to stay in that bed?" This is the real title of this piece, but I thought it was too long to put down here.Yet again another illustration from the SW fanfic Corellian Pledge. This was the first time that a picture of Luke came out looking as good as it does. The reference photo I used for this illustration came from a deleted scene from Empire Strike Back, where Luke is talking to Yoda, hense the reason why he's looking down.
I just love the look of annoyance on Luke's face. Makes you wonder who he's looking at huh? It's not Yoda.
Oh yeah, I was fairly pleased with how the droid turned out too.

excellent, his nose seems a tad wide, but I haven't seen the reference photo, this was after his car accident and rhinoplasty certainly.

Thank you. Yeah his nose was a bit wide in the ref.pic I had of him, but then he is looking down which is a hard angle to get. Hamill is not the easiest person in the world to draw that's for sure. Still I love him as Luke.

It looks basically exactly like him!! I havent seen any of th Star Wars movies,a nd I am sooo sad that I havent... I've already drawn Padmé (she's in my scrap and gallery). But, back to this, its very very cool.

I'm not terribly fond of Padme' anymore. Scratch that, I like Padme' okay, I just don't like what Lucas did to her character in the last movie. That being said, I do have a drawing that I'm getting set up to start of Anakin and Padme'.

I was told by a close friend that Padme' had quite a few costum changes in RotS but they were not seen.

Really nice pencil work, the details are excellent though it would be nice perhaps to have a little bit more contrasts with the tones and shades. Luke is definitely my favourite character in the Star Wars universe (as well as Anakin/Vader, not so much from the prequel trilogy so far), and I think you capture him really well. You seem to portray an image of him at a time in his life when he is growing from a boy into a man, and that takes a lot of skill I reckon, so well done to you. Looking forward to Episode III. You?

When I first drew this piece it was a little darker. I am a afraid that it has faded a bit since 2000.
Also I did not scan it as it is matted and protected with a thin slip of clear plastic. I had to take a digital photo to get it onto my site.
Luke is also my favorite characture. He makes that universe worth visiting.

It doesnt matter if it's done. With people waiting to read complete chapters you would finish the unfinshed chapters quicker.
