He's not. When I took the picture and then tried to fix it up on my computer, the color of his mask got altered. The original color was though really close to Leo's though, going by the reference photo I used.

Cool artwork. Looks like you were inspired by the movie poster. At first I thought you had two Leos until I saw the weapons. Then I knew the lead turtle was Don. I hope your cousin likes it too.
