Hey this is wicked man! I actually did a Sixty Ten piece where there were 60 white squares and ten red ones (about a year ago). [link] Which just goes to show you how different people can view an idea.
I like this, and I'm not saying that because it looks like mine. It's very destroyed and the blue colouring makes it look like it's printed on a metal plate and hung above heavy machinery. The only weird thing to me is that when I listen to Sixtyten I think of lots of circles (I guess from the raindrop-esque sounds and quick voices). So maybe that idea might spark something for you!

Hey thanks alot man, I'm glad you like it. I was a bit worried you might say "oh these bastard kids can't ever get their own designs", but I'm glad that's not the case.
But yea... the blue color was inspired by this piece > [link] which, oddly enough, is how I found your page originally (you're mentioned in the artist's comments)
As crazy as it sounds, I'd never really seen such a deep blue before, so I wanted to try to add it to my palette.
Your Sixtyten piece is great too. I like you're raindrop-esque interpretation you put on the song. I just listened to it and can definitely see where you were coming from.
Boards of Canada are always sure to inspire.
