The piece is very cute, I think your OC is adorable!
I really love the colors you picked, I think they go very well together and you seem to have a very strong sense of tonal shading. Additionally, I think the way you colored the gems is very cool!
I think the biggest thing that could be improved upon in this piece is the pose. The pose itself comes across as a little rigid and unnatural. Personally I think it is very difficult to make standing poses look dynamic and I have difficulty in this area too! Something that has helped me immensely in this area though which I may suggest to you is trying those timed gesture drawings e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/> I watched a couple of videos on how to capture movement and gesture and committed to doing 3-7 gesture drawings a day for a month, I grew immensely!
But overall doing great, just keep drawing<3

I'll start with what I really enjoyed about this piece.
As per usual with your work, I adore the realistic coloring and lighting. The colors are vibrant and appealing and, the highlights give it a shine that makes it reall pop. I enjoy her outfit, very reminiscent of Videogame RPG's. I love dragons, and you nailed the dragon look. I like your unique style of design a whole lot. 
Somethings i think could be improved upon are mostly just anatomy. For example, one of her hands looks significantly shorter than the other who's hand also looks a little poorly drawn. The and of her tail doesn't look as thought its coming out of her but kind of floating beside her since its turned to the side rather than slight facing her back. I know you're good with environments, and maybe this is just what you wanted for the theme of the picture but the environment is a tad simplistic in comparison to other work.
Other than that, great job!

Huh, given her appearance I'd've thought she'd be a cousin of Titanosaurus (the kaiju from Terror of Mechagodzilla, not the dinosaur named after the monster lol)
