Oi I am from www.deviantart.com/projectcomm…
I definitely like the hand expressions, and am glad you are not afraid to draw them. They look like hands and the expressions really fit for the selfie vibe you were going for. The choice in perspective is definitely working too. I really appreciate the forced perspective in the left characters right arm it definitely gives off the selfie mood and selfies seem great for perspective references. Colors a very good too, The characters feel like twins and have some great vibrancy to them without blending into one another, plus the varied hair colors do have a great contrast with one another.
However, there are a few things that need some work. The Biggest one I need to point out are their Kardashian Bewbs. they look very unnatural and give them a weird silicone look (Trust me don’t feel bad about it I did the same before too). I know they are supposed to be in perspective but even breast still have a subtle raindrop shape there are a lot of good art sources to find images of female and male models (IE Line Of Action, Croquis Cafe, Anatomy Books and charts, ETC). The expressions feel a bit stiff and similar. you can always give two different characters a signature expression reading the same emotion, the variation would definitely show off the difference in both the characters personalities. The Eye on the right character reads as it was from the front but the head reads as something else and again feels unnatural. Try to think about the shape of the head in a 3D space and seeing how people pose their heads in selfies to get a good idea of this. also the arm in forced perspective has this weird squiggle at the bottom that makes the arm feel flat and floppy.
Other than that the composition is very pleasing to look at and a great big step. Definitely keep up the good work.
