On the 3rd of March we had a total mooneclipse. Isn't this beautiful? It was a cold night, but we were lucky the sky was clear and the moon was perfect.Related content

Prachtig in beeld gebracht zeg! Hoe ben je daar met een 300 mm zo dicht bij geraakt? Of is het stevig gecropped?

Sorry voor mijn late antwoord, maar ik had het druk op school de laatste weken
Mijn 300 mm op een digitale camera geeft vermoedelijk het effect van een 480 mm (of niet?) en ik heb idd een stuk gecropped in photoshop.

Mooie foto van de eclipse!!! Mooie details in de maan zijn erin terug te zien! Mijn vriend en ik waren op dat moment ook in Belgie en hebben het ook een beetje kunnen meemaken [we kwamen net uit de bios van Maasmechelen] Volgend jaar beter

Jawel, ik had het 's morgens gelezen in de krant. Maar ik was het reeds vergeten toen ik 's avonds naar de lucht keek en zei hoe helder en mooi hij wel niet was. En toen viel het mijn vriend in... Maar het was dus al te laat.

I made this picture using a tripod. It's the only way to keep the camera still, a necessity when using long exposure while making night-pictures.

I like the sequence in your picture. Did you use a tripod? I did, it's the only way to have sharp pictures with such long exposuretimes.

yes I use one, bu unfortunely the zoon I use now (it's not mine) it's not so good, I think that in summer I'll buy a new one, maybe a 300 mm
But I wanna buy first a good lens for example a canon 28-135 IS USM / or a SIGMA 17-70 apo macro
