I'm trying to color it.. How do I? Do I need Paint Tool Sai or does it work with any program..? I have GIMP 2.6.8 and Photoshop Elements 7.0, and when I saved it, it just showed me the actual pic and Idk what to do from there..

drag the mouse to your username in the upper left-middle, then click on settings and look for "Signature"
