Just a composure of some conversations I had with people.
You say one thing, they leap to a (wrong) conclusion.
It's as ridiculous as them trying to tell which flavor of cereal YOU like.
or should like. lol Shut up. Go away. Don't tell the owner of this operating system what it does or doesn't like.

Just because I don't say much doesn't mean I'm insecure or afraid of what others will think. My mind just go blank around people. I have nothing to say to them. (Unless random jokes or superficial small talk. I can handle up to 4 minutes of mindless small talk with strangers. But after that, I just want to leave the room.)

Being an introvert is not "different" either. Many people are introverts. I don't mind conversations if it's meaningful or with company that I enjoy.
Still, even with company I enjoy. I'd desperately need my "me" time to recharge. Either indulge in a book, in a story, in a drawing, or drawing or climb a mountain, run on the treadmill. I need that solitude.

This lady, my acupuncturist for my hand was like "Recharge yourself? Well, if you were giving off positive and compassionate energy you would have endless energy to give instead of feeling drained by the end of the day."

Something about that angered me, I can't place my finger on it. I guess she's right partially.
