So, by playing the game I learned that Ballora can't see which means that she's blind, or that she can't open her eyes and that's why I made the updated verision ~Credits~

Yeah.When you go through ''the Ballora vent'' she says:
"Is someone there?"
"I think I can hear someone"
"Maybe... not."
and the ghost girl tells you to move slowly so Ballora can't hear you
(That practicaly means that Ballora can't see)
