If I'd known I'd be spending two hours just drawing stubble, I might have chosen a different picture.
Ohwell. I'm proud of how it came out. 
Had to enlarge everything slightly because I made his eye too long.

Woah, this looked like a photo from the thumbnail view! You're very good at what you do. You matched the reference photo beautifully but with just enough miniscule deviation to show your artistic touches. I especially like the intense look in his eye, as well as the fine details of the skin on his shoulder with all of the tiny spots and variegations.

I do love the details you managed to love and even though its digital, I thought acrylic for a second. Great job overall. The eye is indeed a bit long, but it seems to add rather than totally distract. Amazing detailing.
