If I'd known I'd be spending two hours just drawing stubble, I might have chosen a different picture.
Ohwell. I'm proud of how it came out. 
Had to enlarge everything slightly because I made his eye too long.

I've been using Gimp for my latest drawings (But I've only just figured out how to use it properly and not make drawings that look like crud.

It looks just like the reference picture. You did a great job on it. The time on the stubble was well worth it. Looks like real hair.

The stubble an hair is awesome,
The tiny tiny stubble trailing from the cheeks is great.
Very fine attention to detail and the subject is well proportioned.
The slight increase of eye size, I think, makes the picture look better. The subject feels more surreal.
By the end of this 100 faces list, your going to be an absolute master.

Ooo, that would be nice. Maybe I'll actually start using colour soon. For now I'm having a hella time just working out shades -- but it leaves me with more time to focus on those small details.
