Yes. There is a sense of great power in this one. The color scheme suits well for this piece.
This reminds me slightly of a comic where the Silver Surfer absorbed too much power and he briefly became a vast galaxy spanning entity with hulk-like buffness.

I think that it looks like clouds..
and teh bat sign is on the clouds like people are calling out for help.
I only... think maybe it is very light for batman?
batman is always a dark character?
but when i think about that, I think that this is like a shadow of him, and not the real batman.
so maybe this is teh feeling that people get in hte daytime. that they are protected.

I uderstand teh idea..
because batman is a shadow, nobody sees him, so the only thing they have to associate with this hero figure is teh signal they see when calling for help.
