It's a reference to the show Rias is from. The main character, Issei, has the ability to double his power every few seconds, and when he does, the gauntlet on his arm yells "BOOST" very loudly. It has been shown to happen especially often when he is either very angry or having some of the very perverted thoughts he sometimes has. So I was making the joke that Issei would be either very turned on or very angry at seeing Rias devoured that it would provide sufficient emotion for a boost to occur spontaneously.Β
