Description So as the title says, this is my way to render things in Vidro. Though I must say, posing in Transform view might not be the best choice for many of you, but due to some problems I had I cannot do it in any other way. I know that other users pose the models in MMD and then open the poses in PMX/PMD, but if I do it that way my models completely glitch out. If your models do work though, things will probably get easier and you can skip a lot of this tutorial ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ

HOW TO ADD MORE MODELS: if you intend to make a picture using more than just one model, be careful because sometimes Metasequoia might not be able to handle them all together. Though most of the times it works so here's how you can add more models to the same render:

+ Open PMX
+ Open one of the models (lets pretend you want to use 2)
+ Open your documents, look for the second model and then copy-paste its .pmx/.pmd file + all its textures in the folder of the other model you are using (basically what you do for when you have to add parts to a model)
+ Go back to the folder of your first model and drag the second model into PMX; this message should appear:
+ Be sure to select Add (not New) and remove the Merge bones option! Once you've done this, click OK.
+ Now repeat the steps in the tutorial by going into the Transform View. You'll obviously notice that you'll have many more Morphs (though there's still not a way to know which ones belong to which model - you'll have to figure it out yourself by trying).

Check out my other tutorials! The first one is about avoiding messed up textures and the second one explains how to fix transparent textures, as mentioned in the tutorial itself. The last one explains how to install the PMD/PMX plugin.

I sadly can't help you with that, as I always pose my models in Transform view 😞

Vidro is useful to add an amazing shading effect to the models, it makes them look more realistic.
And no, my pictures used to be almost all rendered in Vidro before, but not anymore now. My Metasequoia recently screwed up out of the blue.
