Well, this spawned off a insider joke amongst my warhammer 40000 group in AU.You see, we referred to the Battlewagon as well.... "Lup-sup chia" ( direct translation: Dirty-car .... which we also use that as a nickname to a garbage truck in that group. )
So yes, they figured I'd be only talkin trash about making one eh?
Well I just work slowly.
So introducing
the LUP SUP CHIA!!!! AKA Garbage TRUKK!!!!
Officially known as a BATTLE-WAGON!!!
A haphazard heavily armoured, looted and refurbished, ork infested Garbage trukk!!! capable of carrying 20 bungling boyz to the front linez, and with modular DETH ROLLA and WREKKIN BALL addons...... may make more modular addonz someday.
Model was using the new wartrukk as a base model, then extensively converted using plasticard ( white parts ) and various sprue parts. Deth rolla was made using a PVC waterpipe.....
And yes
you may recognise my eldar dire avenger, the "Paint test model"....

Points cost? well.....
Ork Garbage Trukk:
Pts: 110
Armour: Front (14), Side (12), Rear (10)
Type: Tank, open topped
Transport capacity: 20
Upgrades: Extra Armour, Reinforced ram
Weapons: 1 big shoota
Options:
Replace Ram with Deth rolla... ( 15 pts )
may take any other option from ork codex: battle wagon except for killkannon
Note:... this points cost above IS simply using the ork codex battle wagon rules anyway

Well, I could add it but decided against it. It's got a modular weapons slot on the roof. This particular wagon is gonna be used as a transport instead of a gun platform. Mostly due to rule reasons (Killkannon = transport capacity reduces from 20 to 12 )

that's a major transport drop. do you have to declare which troops are in which transport? IE could you play and then have say 6 MANz hiding in your anti tank looted vehicle who jump out when the risk of say marine boyz in a drop pod drops behind it?

well, Depends on tournament. usually you have to declare who's in what. even so any savvy opponent will ask anyway. Some tournaments allow secret deployment. I'd always declare anyway by putting a model from the unit on the transport.
Yes the transport drop is one thing. second is the issue on "Dedicated transports". Killkannon wagons take up a heavy support slot while wagons without a killkannon may be taken as a dedicated transport for nobz/MANz.
Besides. the Killkannon is bit overpriced at 70pts for the upgrade.

Nope. Skullhammas have something called the "Skullhamma kannon" which is way more powerful.

I know they are comin' out the upgrade kit for the battlewagon, including a rolla and kannon and few other things.
Thoguh not really intending to redo this as it's already painting.

amazing work man, i love anything scratch built and orky. especially when it has as much imagination as this.

It's got a modular magnet construction, so I can quite easily make a Kannon mount for the thing.

Dude, very nice, guts n glory, no frills or extras, just tank shokkin' action and tonnes of boyz brought to the front line! If I was gonna say anything it would be some extra gubbinz and spikey bitz (specially on the deff rolla) would be fun. Also, why not more dakka spittin weaponry??
