Description
The Snow-class cruiser is one of the more common warships in the VCN, a capable and independently competent vessel often seen leading groups of Brigantines, Brigs and so on in smaller fleets. In larger ones, Snow-class cruisers serve as bulk ships, adding firepower and armour to the fleet and usually seen either assisting larger vessels or protecting groups of smaller ones. The Snow-class possesses much more firepower than the Brigantine Light Cruiser not only thanks to a greater number of weapons including dedicated broadside guns, but also thanks to the presence of the two much heavier twin-barrelled railcannons it possesses as well as the heavy spinal coilgun employed by the Brig, now longer to accelerate the Eradium rods it fires to much greater relativistic speeds. The Snow-class did not exist prior to the naval refit, instead a completely fresh design that soon saw the older VoE Aegis-class Cruiser fall out of use.
