Description
This was something I thought of while watching the Doctor Who season 12 finale. The Time Lord collar is just such a cool shape.I wanted to design the red-and-gold Time Lord robes into something in the 13th Doctor's color palette. I think it turned out pretty cool.
This was also the first drawing I did of a real person that I was actually proud of.
I have some in-progress shots I did while drawing it, I'll be posting those later. Gotta get some other software working first.
