Sorry Stan... I like seeing your toes.
Watched Guns n' Roses Use Your Illusion Tour and fell in love with Axl Rose all over again. haha. Then I remembered I drew Stan in boxers a few months ago. So he became today's victim... err... strip. Or shall we say, stripped.
Please ignore the wonky anatomy again... And in case I don't get to upload this week's strip, this is it. I will try to make another one and reply and draw on the journal comments (I love that feature!) as soon as the dust clears. Life is kicking my ass right now.

Not very happy with the colors but how does it look so far? I want to paint so badly but I don't have the time to really do it for an entire picture.
I couldn't get Axl Rose to do it.

The effect is much more glossy this time, and generally gives more rounded appearance to shapes.
Amazing to see how changing a highlight colour and it's strength can alter an image.
I'd like to see more of this experimentation.

Is 'glossy' good? I'm getting weirded out by the difference in my usual coloring. I still love cellshading though.
I am loving the ambient light and highlights now. I need to work on pinpointing where to put them.

It is "Barryfied".
And yes it is good, just somewhat different from your usual. I like both styles, they have their own advantages.
When you figure out where to put the lights, let me know, mine are allover the place.

The Barryfied look would apply to paintings now or attempts at painting. And my usual stuff for the comics.
The new comic has a more different look.
And yeah... When I figure it out, I'll let you know. I'm too lazy to look for references. It would make coloring and pinpointing highlights easier.
