Went with a little soft shading this time. By the time I settle on something, this comic's going to look like a coloring experiment.
Let me know which one looks better...
Anyway... Page 3 folks. Hope you like it though there still isn't much going on.
And Cid... Stop picking on the midget.

I think I'll try sketching with dark gray next time not black. I have to make some sort of standard color ref sheet for future use. I keep winging it.
And which coloring do you like? Page 2 or 3?

I like the textures on the grass and the bench on pg2, but prefer the skin on pg3.
Maybe some shadows could be a touch sharper on 3, but just keep winging it! You're doing well. 
And I really really like Cid's 'lets get to business' face. :3

I didn't put in textures in page 3 coz I was in a hurry and I did the colors and sketch in SAI. My textured brushes are in PS and I was being lazy to edit.
I'll do better next time though. And I see what you mean with the shadows. I sometimes forget to make them sharper when softshading. I never forget when I cellshade though.
I like how he knocked Stan's head.
