Kakashi: Better not, Sakura. I think Sai's gonna win.
Sakura (smirks): Wanna put money on that, Kakashi?
Kakashi (grins): How about ramen? I'm hungry.
Naruto: Raaaaamen?!
Sai (smiling): Hey. I think you guys better call, Yamato Senpai in case Dickless goes Kyuubi."
A sketch for my kid's friend who's Naruto crazy. He's 9 and we share the same favorite! Scanned right after drawing because I'm giving him the original page.
Will probably color this for more practice sometime.
No sandals for Naruto because the original sketch got toothpaste gel on it and when I erased, the lead spread all over the foot.
Yeah. I'm the bomb at messing things up. Maybe just forego looking at their feet altogether? Oh and... I love Sai and Kakashi!

Sad but True... I kinda thought he was short too. Even though I tried to put him a bit farther in the picture for some depth/perspective. I didn't have a reference when I drew this and if I made him taller, he wouldn't fit on the sketch pad. LOL.

Aikido and Jujitsu are martial arts. This is Aiki Otoshi [link] . It's a hip throw usually used as an escape for a bear hug attack from behind.

Drew that last night. Kinulit ako ng anak ko para daw sa friend niya. She was asking me for "The Boys" in my sketch pad. Sabi ko, gawan ko na lang siya ng iba. Only problem is how to remove the lead that spread on Naruto's foot. hehe. Lang hiyang toothpaste yun.

I miss messing around at the dojo with the guys. It's the only place where the boys don't hesitate to tackle you and slam you around and you still end up grinning even with your face planted on the mat.

I used to practice Karate/Kickboxing in college. Now I suck. Tagal na since I practiced. LOL. But another friend offered to practice with me pang refresh lang daw ng kinakalawang na striking.
Also haven't been to the Aikido dojo for almost 2 months. Which reminds me that I need to get ready. Dahil pupunta ako ngayon.

I'm not much of a spectator unless it's my friends playing. I know very few players in the UFC and stuff like that. I love to watch boxing when Pacquiao is on. LOL
I wanted so much to study karate when I was a kid. Ayaw nila dito. They wanted me to study ballet and play the piano. I would rather die than do that. hahaha.
I finally got into Karate in college but only for a more than a year. I stopped because the schedule was eating my time. So I guess I'm not much of a karateka.
I started Aikido about 4yrs ago but I'm not even good yet. It's great because even when you grow old, you can still play. It's more of a defensive art. If you're interested, I bet there are places there where you can learn. Just scout around for a nice club (where they don't aim to hurt you and break your bones and such. LOL) with a good instructor. One that teaches humility and respect not the 'kill them all' kind.
I don't have much time either but my friends would call me and pick me up so we can play. And then they'd drop me off again. The dojo is pretty far and I don't have a car. (that rhymed!)

Manny Pacquiao is the best boxer in the world!!!Hell yeah filipino pride!!!!!!Thats awesome that your so involved with martial arts..that it has such a profound impact, is great..They do have some great places to learn the art..it would be a great way to learn self defense and get a great workout, but it would take away time from art...which is crazy because how is art that much fun? , I dont get it..We spend so much time working on our art and it never gets old..But its nice to see that you have another outlet..One that you can focus your energy completely on...I respect that...thats really cool...

I'm not really all that involved now because I haven't been completely active for a long time. But when there are demos and sensei calls us in, everybody drops what they're doing to go and support him.
Art really is sooo much fun. Even if you draw everyday, you just want to draw more.
As for martial arts, I'm not great at all. I'm just the mediocre one in the bunch. But I really do love to practice. Especially with my friends (who are all guys btw. I'm the only girl in our dojo who stuck to it.) because it's just so much fun getting slammed around and slamming them right back.
